Privacy Policy

This policy covers aaronmazza.com, operated by Aaron Mazza. It does not cover mazzabuyshouses.com after you leave this site.

What I collect

Forms collect the fields you submit: name, phone or email, property information, and the note you write. The form also sends the page you were on, the referring site when the browser provides one, the time, a submission reference, whether you accepted this policy, and campaign parameters such as utm_source when they are present in the link you used. If you check the optional text box, that choice and its wording version are included. I do not ask for Social Security numbers, loan account numbers, or bank passwords, and this form does not store an IP address.

Why

I use the information to answer your inquiry. Submissions are stored with this site's form service (Netlify Forms) and emailed to me at aaron@aaronmazza.com. They are not sent to any CRM, and they are not shared with Mazza Buys Houses.

Text messages

If you enter a phone number, the form shows an optional checkbox for texts about that inquiry. An email-only inquiry does not show the checkbox. Leaving it unchecked is not consent. If you check it, I may text you from my own phone about your inquiry. This site does not run an automated or marketing text program, and it does not enroll you in Mazza Buys Houses messages. Sharing

I do not sell your information. Service providers who host the site and store submissions see the information only for that purpose. Advertising pixels are not installed on this site. Analytics, if enabled later, will not receive form answers.
